This article provides step by step details on how to add a violation to collections.
Step 1: Login to Roker Admin portal.
Note: Tickets that have had their second warning letters sent out (NFDD), and are still outstanding, will now be eligible for collections. Only tickets that are eligible will show.
Step 2: Go to Violations > Notices > Collections > Add to Collections
You can add only a specific ticket to collections – or, select your province without entering a ticket or license plate number, and hit Search
You will be shown the list of eligible tickets. Select your Agency, then hit Export File.
Once Export File has been pressed, the tickets shown will now be put in the Collections status and the report can be sent to your collections agency.
A Collections Report will display all outstanding violations for the date range provided. To start, navigate to Reports > Collections (above). Select the date range required as well as the group and location list, then hit the Create Report button ...
