Step 1: Login to your user permit portal.
**These instructions have been created using an end-user portal.
Step 2: On the homepage, select "book a permit" (highlighted below in GREEN):
Step 3: Select location information if you would like to search for an existing permit you have.
Step 4: Scroll down, and select which location you'd like to park in, and click "next":
Step 5: Fill out your personal information, and upload any required documentation at the bottom:
Click next to go to the next step.
Step 6: Add your vehicle information to save your vehicle to your file, and click next:
**Note: Dependant on settings set by your administrator, you may be able to add more then (1) vehicle to a single permit.
Step 7: Review the fees for parking at the location you have selected, agree to the terms & conditions by clicking the checkbox, and select "next":
Step 8: Fill out the payment details, and select "submit":
**Note: All vehicle, payment and personal information will be saved to your profile for future use.
