Step 1: Go to the Roker VMS Portal login page, and select "register" at the bottom (highlighted in GREEN):

Step 2: Fill out the registration page with your information to create an account, and then click "register":

Step 3: Confirm your account by clicking the validation link sent to your e-mail (see below):

You have successfully registered.
