How to Add QR Codes to Bixolon Tickets
>> QR codes are there so that violators can scan and be taken directly to the payment page with violation number and plate number already selected
>> It will still show all outstanding violations (not courtesy or warning notices)
>> Only for Bixolon printer
Step 1: Login to Roker Admin Portal.
Step 2: Select Settings -> Violation -> Violation Configuration, and then select "edit" next to the location name you'd like to add a QR code to (Highlighted in GREEN):
Step 3: On the "Edit Violation Configuration" screen, scroll to the bottom of the page and select "Enable QR Code printing" (highlighted in GREEN):
The QR code has been successfully added, and the ticket will appear as showed below when printed:
**Note: Once Enabled, this will be active in the Patrol app so officers do not need to make any changes, and may go ahead and issue tickets.
