How to adjust a violation amount
How to adjust a ticket or violation amount in Roker Plus Violation Management
Step 1
Log into your RokerPlus Admin portal and click on Violations
Step 2
Search for the ticket/violation, then click on the ticket # to be taken to the Ticket Details page
Step 3
On the right hand side of the Ticket Details, scroll down to Adjustments. Click on Adjustment
Step 4
Enter the required parameters:
Adjustment type: Apply (to add to the amount due) or Reversal (to remove)
Transaction: What type of fee you're adding/removing
Amount: the amount to be removed or added
Notes: required
Step 5
Hit Apply to make the changes
