How to Enable the Photo Upload Requirement Feature

Administrators can now enable photo upload requirements for patrollers when issuing violations. Please find the below guide on how to do this, and what each option entails:

The below options can be changed and enabled by logging into the Enforcement Admin Portal.

Follow the below steps:

1. Login to the admin Enforcement module.

2. Go to Settings > Violation > Violation Configurations. Then select "edit" to edit the configuration you'd like to enable the photo requirement for.

3. Scroll to the bottom of the page, and you can view options under "Print Photo Requirements.

See the below Index + Deeper Explanation of Each Option:

Violation Photo: Required - This is a specific photo capture option in the Patrol app, that can be used to print the photo on the ticket.

Additional Photos: Required - This will require patrollers to capture a specific number of photos when issuing a violation, as selected by the administrator. This can be set at 1 or more, as required.

Post-issue photo - A brand new photo that the patroller can use to take a picture of the violation in the vehicle windshield, following the printing of the citation.

If the administrator enables any of the above photo upload requirements, these photos will show under "images" in the individual violation details page.
