How to Make Bulk Violation Changes with a .csv File

Step 1: Login to the Roker Admin Portal.

Step 2: Go to Violations and scroll to the bottom and select "advanced filters" (below in GREEN): 

*Note: You can leave all drop down fields blank (EX. Plate number, Location List, Violations Types).

Step 3: Upload a excel file (saved as a .CSV) with the violations you'd like to change (example below and highlighted in GREEN): 

Step 4: Once Uploaded, the portal will auto-formulate all violations you have uploaded via excel file. Next, click the "checkmark' at the top left to select ALL violations you've included (highlighted below in GREEN): 

Step 5: Select "Actions" above the checkmark, and in the dropdown, select the action you would like to take, Example: Void, Pay, Mark for Towing (below in GREEN):
