Invoice Configuration

Invoice Configuration

Invoice Configuration allows you to create and manage different invoice layouts and allows for different invoice configurations per location.
The Invoice Configuration tab allows you to add new invoice configuration, edit or delete existing invoice configurations. 




Under Settings > Violation > Invoices, click the New Invoice button (see above)


This allows you to control information like disclaimers, contact us information and the size of the invoice number that is displayed on the invoice. 

Enter the data required and click Save

A record will be added to the Invoice Configuration List. 



Edit Invoice Configuration

Click the Edit link on the Invoice you wish to edit.


In the Edit Invoice Configuration popup, enter the required data and click save

Delete Invoice Configuration

Click the Delete link on the Invoice Configuration you wish to delete.
