Mark as Sent to Collections Agency

Step 1: Login to Roker Enforcement and select the "Violations Management" tab:


Step 2: Search the violation # or plate to find the violation you're wanting to update. 

Step 3: Click on the Violation Number to review details of the violation:


Step 4: Select "Actions" on the top right side, and click "C1:Sent to Collections Agency 1".
