Refund & Cancellation Policies
Overview

This article will provide a guide on how to navigate Refund & Cancellation Policies.

Step 1: Log in to the Roker Admin Portal.
Step 2: Select "settings" on the task bar, and a drop down on the left side will appear. Select "Cancellation and refund policy". On this screen, you are able to revise current policies, or add a new one (see below, highlighted in GREEN):
Step 3: To add a new policy, select the "add button at the right corner. To edit an existing policy, click the pencil icon under the "action" category (Highlighted in GREEN):
Step 4: You may add refund criteria rules, specific to your needs in the settings page below:

Example: You would like to create a refund policy that if someone has been at the parking location for less then 4 hours they can get an 80% refund, you would want to set your refund perameters as "less than equal to" 4 hours, and under "unit" you would indicate 80%.
