Overview

This article will provide an overview of how to search for permits within the admin portal.

Step 1: Login to the Roker Admin Portal.

Step 2: Select "Permits & Sessions - Go to Permits"

Step 3: Select the magnifying glass on the black toolbar.

Step 4: Fill in the applicable fields to the permit you are hoping to search, or to narrow down results. 

Note: All fields are optional/not mandatory and can be left blank if it is not applicable to your search. 

Index:

Location: All locations will be listed here to choose from

Country: Country selection can be done

Permit type: What kind of permit you are hoping to search for

Application status: The status of the permit. EX. Approved, Denied, Cancelled, etc. 

Permit Status: The current status of the permit. EX. All, expired, inactive, active

Vehicle Country: What country the license plate is registered to. 

Payment Status: What the current payment status is. EX. Paid, On hold, Cancelled, etc. 

Step 4: Now, you will be able to view all applicable tickets to view/revise as needed.
