Violation Payments

Violation Payments

Roker can process violation payments in a number of ways:

  • Admin users can process payments through violation payments

Admin Payments 


Payments are processed on through Violations -> Violation Payment. There are a number of ways to navigate to this page. 

  • Search on Search tab > Click Pay Now






  • Search on the Violation Management tab > Search details.



Select the violation number to open the ticket, and then select "pay violation" next to the ticketed amount.


Enter Billing Details:



Click Process and Record Payment 

Customers can pay for violations through the customer facing payment page.
