How to Set Up Appeal Alerts for Administrators

Overview

This guide will provide instructions on how to add administrator e-mails to receive appeal alerts and updates, when a violator appeals a ticket.

Step 1: Login to Roker.

Step 2: Go to Violations > Settings > General Settings

Step 3: On the left side, select "appeal configuration"

Step 4: Under Appeal Configuration, go to the bottom and type in which e-mail addresses you would like to receive appeal notifications, and click save.

*Note: When e-mails are updated, only those included when you hit "save" will receive appeal e-mails going forward. Previously saved e-mails will not continue to receive the appeal updates.
