Import Registered Owner Information
Step 1. Login to the Roker Portal.
Step 2. Go to Violations > Retrieve > Import Registered Owner (RO) Response to import the owner information that has been returned from MTO. Select Ontario, then select the file you saved in step 2, and hit "Upload".
Step 3: Mark for CRC by going to Violations > Notices > Certificate Requesting Conviction (C.R.C) Eligible.
Step 4. Download CRC Report:
Click on the Analytics tab
You can pull the CRC report back here (optional). This will show all the tickets that were just marked as C.R.C. Eligible.
Report Category: Ticket-Processing Report
Select Report Type: Certificate Requesting Conviction
This report only shows a list of tickets that are in the CRC Eligible status. You can select any date range, but once tickets have been convicted, they will no longer show under this report.
