Requesting Owner Information

Step 1: Login to Admin Portal.

Step 2: Go to Violations -> Create Registered Owner (RO) ->Request File 

Step 3: Select Ontario, then download and save the text file to your computer. 

► Once this file is downloaded, you can no longer retrieve it! Make sure it’s saved in a secure folder and that you don’t overwrite it. 

The file will automatically be saved to your Downloads folder, but depending on your browser, you may also be asked to save it in a different folder.  
The file will be downloaded as a zip file. Right click on the file and select “Extract All” to open the zip file.
Upload this file into your MTO account (see point 2 on page 3 below for detailed instructions).
Download the returned ZIP file and save it somewhere safe on your computer.
