How to Update a Notice Letter

Step 1: Use the NIC template you have on file to revise the letter to incorporate any changes.

Step 2: Login to the Roker admin portal.


Step 3: Select Violations, and under settings, select general settings (highlighted below in GREEN):


Step 4: Once you have been redirected to the general settings page, select "set notice" on the left side, and under step 1, select the template you are updating (Highlighted in GREEN):



Step 5: Once you have uploaded the document, select next to save the new document (in GREEN below):
